Claim Character

So i am just coming back to game. i removed my toons from guild before i left. i know i am supposed to claim toons on the site. but when i look at my profile it says this.

You Have 3 Characters Claimed

when i do a search for my only character i got a chance to rejoin last night Trammer is not on the list. but i can't find where to view my characters anyways.

all of my history and stats and such are there. i was able to claim participation last night also for family event.

any insight on this would be helpful.

Hi Trammer and welcome back! To see what you have claimed and to look for a character to claim hover your mouse over Membership to pull up the drop down menu. On the menu click on "Edit Characters". This will bring up a screen listing all your characters currently claimed. It even shows old warhammer chars, if you had any. If your current character is not in the list, you can browse the known characters for the Gaiscioch guilds in Rift with the bar above the listing of your characters. If your character is not in this rather huge list of characters, it just means one of us elders or Fog has not done a parse yet to update this site to the game. Usually this is done quite regularly for both sides so doesn't take more than a day or two to match. If you have characters in the list that you know are not in the guild at this time, you can leave them as is or chose to delete them from your character list. To delete a character, click on the trashcan icon at the right edge of the line listing the character and its info. Let us know if you have any further issues with this and again, Welcome Back! =)

Thank you for quick reply. Yes i see them now. Take your time on the data parse i was just trying to place an order on the marketplace and character wasn't available so was just worried. no biggie i can wait i have found what i need and i will rejoin my other characters tonight. last night was a short night for and having to remember how to play. Thanks again.

The way the site works it only "Deletes" unclaimed characters when they leave the family. If you've claimed the character is stays in your Retinue so that if say someone was to ever come back, cough cough, they wouldn't have to claim them again. Once we parse they will get flagged as active so long as their in the family and will be useable on the marketplace and such.

Good to know that they get reactivated if not deleted and you put them back in the guild. Wasn't sure of that since I've only deleted ones I killed off for sure in either game I've played with the family.
