Rift Expansion guesses via PC Gamer

This article shows a series of objects sent mysteriously to PC Gamer and their conclusions of them.  They are just guesses but some pretty good ones, I think. 

And thus I reached the conclusion that the box of mystery indicates such: A Rift expansion is coming and it will bring a 10-level increase in the level cap, two new raids, four new souls, six new areas, a new city called Port Tempest, and possibly something fancy to use those Inert Prisms for. If I’m right, we should have more details to share with you soon.

New souls and a level cap increase?  Fog, you have anything you could add?

E3 just happen to fall just days after 1.9 goes live. Patch 1.10 or Patch 2.0 my guess is they announce something big at E3

I think the guy in the article is correct, though his explanation of the prisms I am not sure about. The new souls has me greatly intrigued (1 new for each calling), and hope they are as follows: warrior (dual wield to compliment paragon); cleric (tanking, or perhaps a true support soul); rogue (tanking or support to compliment riftstalker or bard, respectively); mage (healing). The Port Tempest thing, if it is a hub, I hope people won't complain about it like with WoW's Shattrath and Dalaran. But it seems like for the most part, Trion is getting away from the faction conflicts (we can speak with other faction, the merc thing in warfronts, the conquest thing as well), which I wouldn't be against. And if I remember correctly, I heard someone talking about being able to group up with people of opposite faction as well. But that could be false.

"A storm is brewing" Definatly nudges at cruicia. New souls would probably excite me more then anything else, everyone likes new toys to play with, and if more lvls means more skill points... what I couldn't do with 10 more skill points! If this is what they are planning, they had better add more role slots as well :p

New souls means yet ANOTHER role mages have to change every patch >.<
