I have heard the term GvG heaps i realise it means guild vs guild but what i dont understand how it works for instance: how it is scheduled etc. My curiosity would appreciate it heaps if someone could explain all the different details about gvg and whether or not gsch does it.

GvG's are basically spvp for large guild groups. Usually each guild will field an equal number of players (10, 15, or 20). They typically take place in the arena in obsidian sanctum or in a wide open space in a BL (behind the windmill near south camp is popular). You sometimes see guild leaders post their username in forums like http://www.gw2wvw.net/topic/arsorgom and ask if anyone is interested in scheduling a fight. BTW, if you ever see 2 groups going at it in wvw and there are a lot of players just kind of sitting back and watching, don't interfere. They get really mad if you jump in and ruin their match.

What Osu explained is true, however, there are changes coming with the expansion and new spvp arenas with talk of the GvG. I have a feeling they are planning something like our GvG in GW1 to be placed in the Heart of the Mists with a set maximum of size for each guild taking part.
