I wanted to write a basic guide to my events and kind of go over a few ground rules that need to be reiterated and written in stone. This is the general direction and rules I wish for my events. If you are not ok with this, I suggest following another commander in gaiscioch.
Rules:
1. I welcome questions about the game, the only stupid question is the one not asked.
2. Never put down a fellow gaiscioch in my presence. Remember blades out, not in.
3. I cater to casual friendly and take things easily please don't whine if we are going too slow.
4. If you have suggestions for something I could be doing better as a commander please communicate this in private tells. When I am commanding it is not appropriate and it will demoralize my group.
5. If you do not like doing puzzles, etc please be patient and wait, a lot of times I will drop portals at the end for people who don't want to participate. However if you would like to try I do not rush people and expect everyone else in my groups to be patient as well.
6. When I am giving orders on objectives please do not talk while I am talking. It creates problems for me as a commander when I cannot clearly tell people where to go.
7. If we are in WvW please remember to stay on my tag at all times, unless asked to scout specifically. The only way to know how much supply I have and how many people I have with me is if you are next to me. A strong team that stays together is more likely to win.
8. If you are following me in WvW please do not drop siege unless asked to.
Mondays:
WvW days
we will be doing small group tactics, learning how to defend and place siege. Unless I get a lot of gaiscioch or tuatha at that time slot I am not likely to take a large point on the map.
Wednesdays:
PvE zones
will be completing maps in different zones
Thursday:
guild missions
When we get 10 people we will head out and do bounties and rushes
when we get 20 we will be doing puzzles
I am writing this so you all know what is expected of you and what you will be getting out of my events. I am willing to take suggestions in tells or private messages if there is something you believe can be improved. I do listen and I do care. I want my events to be as enjoyable for everyone following as it is for me when I am leading. I make these rules so we can function better as a group and get things done more efficiently. Thank you for attending my events and I look forward to future adventures with you all!
