Looking to Lead Some Oceanic Events Possibly

As the topic says I'm interested in diving into this whole leadership thing and was wondering if any of you guys that run between the hours of 11pm - 1am PST would be interested in meeting up to do some PvP Tournys, Dungeons (I've done like 2 now lol), Epic creature runs, Southsun runs, or Zone completion type events during the week? Right now I'm looking at possibly Monday and/or Wed nights.

I know Prissy does a leadership training deal, but my problem is my online times are so random due to work and softball I hardly make it to prime time events =p

So yea, if there's enough interest I'd be wiling to give the leading thing a shot provided you can put up with my directionally jump challenged self.

She has a workshop to help anyone who is interested in leading, but not sure where to start, or maybe not quite comfortable with jumping in. Its not a requirement. Dungeons are a great way to start, since you only need 5 and once you become more comfortable with scheduling and recruiting/advertising events, you can move on to some larger ventures. A zone completion, for example, doesn't require a minimum amount of members, but it also doesn't limit a maximum. Same with WvW events. You can also come up with unique Open World PVE events, such as the puzzle jumper, maybe mini-dungeon exploring, etc.

Might want to check out the event this Saturday leadership system.

Thanks Sekk for the info. I'll try and round up a few peeps to do some dungeons or something as a start. I'd love to Fatal but I won't be around at that time. I might be around for the guild missions but that's also hit and miss. I generally play the late night hours and I can't do much of anything then since it's club night and no one messes with my wvw. I'm not to worried though, things will happen when they happen.

I would definitely like to see some 12 - 3am events popping up either in WvW or in PvE. Eventually I'm going to try to find a commander candidate to take over Guild Missions in this timeslot once a week.

That sounds like fun, might actually get to do some missions then =p
