Greeting to all of my followers,

I have a little issue with my shoulder and  the physical therapist has suggested I shorten my knitting time and gaming time.  If I am "good", he says I could be better in a months time.  This being said, I will shorten my events to an 1/ 1.5 hours until further notice.  When we map clear the little areas like The Grove, Rata Sum, Lions Arch, Divinity's Reach, and Black Citadel - I will only do that area and not move to the next the same week.  Those weeks will be shorter.  Hope you all can be patient with me during my healing time.  I love doing these events but real life has butted its nose in my gaming life. As I tell everyone else, real life comes first... Now to take my own advise.

Love you all,

Gma Fog

Gaming does take a toll on ... well, everything, even toes, because when I'm in an intense fight, I'll mash and twist my feet against the floor.   I hurt a lot these days, so I take a lot of AFKs, which is a large reason as to why I don't lead any events.  I'm sure no one has noticed, but often during the events that I come play with, I'll often not be with the herd because I'm snagging a brief AFK.

You shoulder will be strained a lot when gaming, so take as many breaks as you need.  I injured mine about 20 years ago in a car accident, and it really screams at me if I've been sitting too long at the keyboard.  After 3 hours of WvW, mine really does start to hurt and I've started to cut that play time shorter.
