ive been trying to figure out a way to make a trapper build, i figured it would be pretty fun and interesting to play that sneaky guy that runs around cyro with my bow at hand and traps at disposal. i personally am not good at creating builds. so im just kinda looking for some insight maybe some one that can help me create it?
You'd need:
Bow skills as desired.
Trap skills. This would be fire rune & morphs from the mages guild, the fighter's guild trap, and possibly class skills like Sorc's Deadric Mines.
You'd also need something for good speed, so you can draw enemies back into the traps, then turn around to hit them some more.
The Sorc's have the Deadic Mines and don't they have 'lightning something' that's a shield with a rapid short run travel that works as an escape but couldn't it be used to taunt enemies to follow and give you room to stay ahead an turn around?

yea i figured it would most likely be a sorc with fighters guild traps and i was thinking of maybe adding the spider web trap the undaunted get
My sorc is working on getting the mines - few more levels - and I already have the fire rune from the Mage's guild. I use it in AvA and in PvE and I really like it. I also want to get the one from the fighters guild but hadn't thought about the one from the Undaunted.
I am building my character as a hunter so the traps work out well and have high hopes for the skills that might come from Thieves Guild and the Dark Brotherhood - hoping for some sort of poison trap or tossed potion of poison.
I know in AvA that they can't see the traps since I took a stealthier out of stealth by guessing his travel route and throwing a Fire Rune down - it was great to see him trigger it a few secs later - if only I had the mines and the Fighters guild trap stacked on top of it - it would have been glorious !!! :) (and throwing it down didn't take me out of stealth - added bonus).
