Regarding DIM's Items Please read

As you all know the Candy canes and the yul present piles became BOP in the last patch, I just spoke with Matt in the Customer Service Dept of Trion and moved my stuff that was BOP stuck on my holding toon of stuff i cant fit in my bank, and he distribited my candy canes and piles to my toons i asked him to, He also stated for about another 2 week they will move the mentioned to other toons for you if you contact them either via by phone or via the ticket system, if you do the ticket way then youw ill need to provide them with the toon and how many of each you want moved. they will also need that if you speak on the phone. Matt was kind in doing this and was helpful on this regard. They have no  intentions of reversing the BOP on the yul stuff at this time. but he did say that the more feedbacks they recieve they will review and look at if they can.

I did not know that this change had occurred. The only thing I saw mentioned regarding dimension items this last patch was regarding the flesh rugs. I even went back and looked at the patch notes for the previous 2 patches as well. I had my candycanes and stuff stored in an alt's bank because Snowberry's bank is completely full. (she really needs a closet) I don't see myself putting in a ticket for this, because I don't have anywhere to store them even if I do get them moved. I don't understand why everything has to be BOP all of a sudden. Annoyed... putting in another feedback on this as well as adding the ability to purchase a second bank tab for characters.

same here about the bank stuff I wish i had more room, what they should have done is make it BOA instead of BOP that would have helped alot on there side. Agian this right now only goes for the Pile of presents and the candy canes the rest is still normal.

Thanks for bringing this to everyones attention. A little notice on trions part would have been nice. I agree. I have been told that as of patch 2.2 the fishing items will no longer be bop. I really feel if we all stick together on this like we with did the fishing items trion will listen. They are great about that. I was fortunate to have my yule items stored in Shays alts dim. I just had to be careful of which toon picked them up when it came to the candy canes and yule present piles but was able to bring in all of my toons and grab what I wanted thankfully. I would suggest everyone do this if in my situation with all of the yule items lest you be shocked by yet another BOP surprise update. Time to get those tickets in again folks. -Kicks soap box aside.-
