Daph's Ele build

Here's the build I'm using and how I use it.  It seems to work really well in 5 man experts, outperforming my other build for ST DPS, a 61 pyro build.    It's particularly useful in heavy movement fights.  Its only weakness is any fight that eats the pet, but that's not very many actually.  I note that my 61 pyro build seems to scale better in raid groups, however.

On Proc of instant cast, use missile macro, but only when rushing elements is not active
