I am doing an article on Notoriety for the upcoming magazine issue. I'm down to wanting info on the quartermasters for the xpac's.  Here is what I have so far:

In Feilbocan in the Scatherran Forest

In Saint Taranis in the Gedlo Badlands

• Saint Taranis Quartermaster - Bidbak (3601,6466) - you will be facing him when you arrive at the porticulum

In Bailghol of Xarth Mire

• Bailghol Quartermaster - Froki (4249, 3911) - he is the only merchant in this village

In Thedeor’s Spear in Ashenfell

• Thedeor’s Spear Quartermaster - Aruday (2641,4275) - in a tent not far from the porticulum

WHAT I NEED HELP ON

Storm Legion faction quartermasters outside the city

All of the Nightmare Tide quartermasters

My focus is on the factions that you can boost your rep with by buying decrees with Commendations or Marks.

I searched planetouched wilds for the Shal Korva vendor but wasn't able to find it.  Seems to not be at any porticulum nor where they give the weekly quests.

Each of them is in the primary 'town' for the zone in question, can easily help when I'm on next time.  Seems like most of that is done, though.

Did you want to list the old Mathosia quartermasters too, or is that just going too far?

*Note that in SL the Lycini and the Torvan Hunter QMs are specific to Tempest Bay.*

Make sure they are the factions I have listed - want to make sure I'm seeing char name, faction they represent and their location info. I honestly understand Renera's layout better than Hgielak's, but with the info I can go double check and update my notes. =) I do know there are other lesser factions you can only advance in by doing quests, but as noted I am aiming for talking about the ones associated to commendations and mark hand ins for this one. There will be a general note about that and I'm not going to scour for the vanilla (1-50) vendors as most people are zooming through that and well it's been out for years. ;) I figured the xpac's would be nice to help returning players decide what to do with commendations and marks they get. 

Now that I had some time to relax and my brain is less fried and emotional, I actually understand what Hgeilak did - he gave the loc of the port in the village too by the looks of things. Anyway, this is a great help from all three of you.

Doing a quick look over of info and no time to check until tomorrow sometime, I have the following questions:

For Storm Legion - Is Eternal City Survivors also one that is Tempest Bay only? I'm not seeing it on Hgielak's SL list.

For Storm Legion - Torvan is only Tempest Bay, but as you can in my original list I was unable to find him. I did find the other four, but obviously though I swear I checked everywhere, I obviously missed the Torvan guy. So where is he hiding from me? ;)

Thanks for making notes of Planetouched not having a vendor to find, but didn't even check them. Can you use marks and commendations for some of the Planetouched factions?

There is a Shal Korva (Planetouched Wilds) Quatermaster, I think she's down in the village below the big tower in Shal Korva.

Thanks Dyaon. Are there people to hand in commendations and/or marks to for Planetouched related factions?

Hgielak, I can find necropolis portal, but none of the other named. need map name so I can at least go to correct zone since you did give locs.

Okay, figured out the maps Hgielak had his locs in and verified and updated information at least on paper. I definitely don't know this area well as I skipped most of it other than the intro zones and have been working on getting from 65 to 70 with my mage. =)
