Neverwinter beta weekend march 8 to 10

I was just going to remind people of the beta this weekend for those interested they made a few changes to the list.  As stated below

Hero of the North Founder's Pack purchasers

• Guardian of Neverwinter purchasers
• Hero of the North Friend Key, if it has not been used.
• Torchlight 2 pre-orders
• RaiderZ Elite Pack purchasers
• Lifetime members of Champions Online and Star Trek Online.
• PC Gamer promotional keys.

I guess people who have lifetime subs for CO and STO will not receive keys also. They will be auto flagged for beta invite. I have a lifetime CO account so I assume I am in it but I have yet gained access to the beta forums even though they stated earlier  there was no NDA and they were working on getting everyone flagged to see the forums.  I was wondering  if any of you guys are lifetime subs and gotten access  to the beta forums yet. I am patching game right now so.  I also was wondering who was going to be on it this weekend maybe we can team up or something.

For those worried about NDA and replying to this  I posted a portion of the extended faq dealing with this below.  So there is no need to worry.

I can access the beta forums. Does that mean I have beta access?
Currently, it is possible to see the beta forums, even if you do not have beta access. Since the beta is not covered by an NDA, we are working to make it so that the beta forums are accessible to everyone. As of this moment, this effort is partially complete.

Alurl and I will be there, though I cannot remember what server we created on. :)

I will also be there.just let me know what server everybody's on and I'll create a toon on that server.

I think there were only two to chose from...mindflayer maybe was the name and my characters name is Daenera but I think you have to find people by their Neverwinter ID like Daenera@Elyosune. I would love someone to talk to since Alurl will hopefully be busy testing the Foundry. :)

I do not know when the official start time is but as soon as I get ill post what server and name Im under here maybe if we all do so we can hopefully all get together or at least be able to communicate in game with eachother.

Yes, I see now when I updated the client that there are only two servers to pick from, Mindflayer and Neverwinter. Also my character name will most likely be rustedcrown@sharvrae. I wont be on until late friday night, so I hope to see everyone there. This is the start and end times for the beta weekend. Begins: Friday, March 8, 2013 at 12:00 P.M. I will be playing, so will Pnub and a few others from Gaiscioch. We have created raidcall channels for people to use if they want to. Looking forward to it! This weekend's beta is not under any form of NDA, yay! Edit: *Correction to the above, there is a confidentiality agreement not to post screenshots or anything about the content.*

I am in the same boat as Cerulean in regards to a Beta key.If anybody can point me in the right direction to get one I would love to do some Beta with Guidies.

Other than the sources in the original post, no, you can not get a Beta key at this time. You'll have to purchase a package to get one, if you don't meet one of the mentioned requirements, sorry. Yes, I have access to the Beta forums. But I'm also not sure whether or not I've actually been in the Beta for a while, I think I mentioned elsewhere that I'd noticed something strange going on with my account and this game.

I snagged one from curse as well. all uploaded and resdy to go. Any final word on server choice?

The friends I am playing with have not decided which server yet, so I will just decide on the fly when they get back to me. Have fun everyone :)

I picked one up through IGN Prime and will be there will bells on.

@Cerulean sorry to hear that, they had 1400 keys left when i registered, this seems to be a very popular game.

I guess there having an undead event for the beta and it starts at 12 pm pst for those that dont know. The patcher says 2 shards neverwinter and mindflayer I dont know if that are the 2 servers or something else. Its weird really neverwinter has a dif patch then mindflayer when you switch between the 2 it patches differently so I dunno what that means.

Servers are down right now, so I can only see one way to patch and do not get a server choice. Last night I did have a choice, so who knows! Afaik they also have an alpha test so maybe that is why.

I got to the character creation part but the only server showing for me is called dragon. Is anyone else getting just this server ? If so my name is taloros darkbane.

Yeah I am on Dragon too - it was the only one I could see available.

Apparently, we were wrong. There is a Confidentiality Agreement. No discussions about this Preview Weekend can be had outside of their Preview forums.

The way I read it we can discuss just not post about it, outside those forums You are allowed to say you are in it, but not write about the content anywhere or post screenshots. Fortunately nobody has. Seems like a less strict agreement than usual, but an agreement nonetheless.
