ESO Magazine Articles for the April Issue

Now this most recent issue that just came out in January only had my story for ESO.  I really had a crappy December and finally this past week seem to be on an even keel on all fronts!  So what does this all mean?

1) I'm thinking of tackling the conquest to take out Molag Bal as a story this time.  See if I can pull off a good story like I managed to do for Faolchu.

2) 1.6 will definitely be out by then with 1.7 on it's way, but I was thinking of doing some good 1.6 overviews of the following:

• Champion System
• Justice System
• Provisioning

Sure most of this info will be all over the internet by then, but it would be nice to sum things up in the magazine.  What I would like is some help collaborating the information between what we do on PTS and when it goes live some time in February.  Either you can write something yourself, co-write with me, or just give me the info and let me write it.  But there is enough stuff here I want to make sure we flesh it out good.  I want people to know we are still here in ESO when they read the magazine.  =)

3) An overview of how the Buy to Play system works

4) Whatever we can dig up and get in there for 1.7 which we have no idea when it would release, but my speculation is April/May since March is the Buy to Play changes.  Maybe we'll get lucky and have a little PTS time for this to squeak some things in.  Might even be cool to see if we can get a little developer interaction to see what they will tell us first hand for the magazine.

Anyway, there's my thoughts on what to tackle for the magazine and my call to you to step up and help make this a cool section of the Magazine for the April edition.

NOTE:  All items we pull off must be written no later than March 31st so they are ready for the final editing phases in April.

I might even look at throwing some RL piece in the magazine.  The one for January just eluded me in the writing and I think I'll try something else instead.

Join the crew for the magazine and try making the meetings.  Unfortunately they are right when I'm doing supper with the hubby, so I'm going to need filling in on things due to this silly timing.  HA HA!  And hopefully my now reawaken brain stays on a roll!

That's kinda what I had in mind this time. I am really hoping this month I can get a 1 on 1 with someone from Zenimax for an interview. I didn't like not having one in this issue. With all the stuff going on they had bigger new coverage to worry about. Gonna try twisting some arms this time :D maybe multiple.

Too bad I didn't live closer, I could go knock on the door.  LOL!

I figured I'd try tackling all of it if need be, but wanted to put a shot out for people to help contribute information or even WRITE stuff.  I know I'd need a lot more help doing a good job on the Champion System and how the skill changes go.  At least, we have testing and some time on live to really make sure the overview comes out good.  I think I got a really good handle on the provisioning changes and only have to confirm like three or four old items with how they go into the new system.
