We still have lots playing - they continue to improve ESO with each patch, but it is a slow process - they aren't rushing to any quick decisions.  As an example - they changed the AvA campaigns - so there are Veteran only, mixed, and Pre-Vet campaigns and reduced the length of them.  On Tuesday nights we run a non-vet campaign to get all of the pre-vet into AvA and learn some strategy - we ran almost 3 full raid groups last Tuesday - about 60 players.

When I log in there are anywhere from 15 - 75 players logged in and I will log in anywhere from 3pm - to 3am PST.  (at 8pm tonight we had 50 on) We currently have around 450 on our active guild roster which requires a 10 day check in policy - so yes, we have declined from release - but it is almost identical to what happened in Warhammer, Rift, and GW2 - so no worries there.

We are Gaiscioch!

It's still going great.  We keep getting a few new blood each week out of our events.  It helps that we now have guild tabards to show off so we have a way to mark who we are finally in the game.  Even so people need to come to our events and see for themselves who we are and then see our tabards.  Looks rather impressive in our AvA events!

If you need any help don't hesitate to ask.  =)

And I agree with Sekkerhund that it is a process, but I probably see the process way different than him.  For me it is that there is enough to do in the game I haven't seen it all yet and we are almost to the end of month 5.  GW2 I had the been there done that achievement in week 7.  Of course, if you don't like questing this game could drive you a bit batty while leveling, but if you like a good story they did a great job there and some of the side quests you find can be quite humorous and/or entertaining.

Don't mess with Mama Bear, I might hug you too tight. =D

Darack - Don't delete your character - but starting a new one isn't a bad thing.   From exp. though don't delete one that you liked just to get the feel for him/her again - just go play in a lower zone to get use to your skills.  You will regret deleting a character even after a lapse - I know I did.

True story... I had played WOW off and on for several years - and after one of my bouts with playing it - and then getting fed up "one more time" I deleted all of my characters and gave all of my gold away to a friend - as well as passing him the leadership of the guild I had started.

2 1/2 years later I had several of my gaming friends (not from my previous time in WOW - but from LOTR) ask me to come and play with them in WOW as they had taken it up after LOTR wore thin on us. They had never played it before and said they were having fun - so I acquiesced.  You know how wonderful it would have been to have those high level characters just sitting there instead of starting a new character from level 1.  I pounded my head against the wall and buckled down to grinding content and mobs - after a couple of months I told them I just couldn't do it.

I shall not make that mistake again - I have deleted high level characters but not because I was away from them for awhile - because I hated playing them - they weren't fun - and on a few occasions just to change race.  But only when I have no slots left to create new ones.

oh I didn't delete anything :D

I have a Vet 5 Dragon Knight, and a couple of lvl 30 crafting toons, but I may level up a Templar to get a feel for the game again.

here is hoping there are a few on in Australian prime time, two more days at work then two weeks of to chill and see if I can get back into ESO
