What's the meaning of Guibniu?

Clue me in please :D.

GUI Nubi? I have no clue, just guessing an anagram.

It stands for Graphical Unilateral Interactive Bilingual Neuron Initiated Unit.

It's a state of the art prototype unit for combining human brain neuron network and a PC's Graphic User Interface, so in essence, it is similar to those Virtual Reality game units that they are coming up with, but this is actually a chip that they implant into you. No specifics have been announced yet as it is still in a very initial prototype phase (think of pre-alpha when come to game designing).

Did you mean Goibniu instead of Guibniu?

That info is on the cover of the marketplace.  He was the crafter of the Tuatha de Danann and was a master of every craft.
